its a guy in japan that buys up all the Keirin frames and sells them overseas.
they are all reasonably priced, shipping is great, and the guy (gabe? i believe) is very friendly.
i have a couple friends who have bought from him and they are all very satisfied.
check it out, buy a frame, maybe some dura ace cranks?
